TZG peripheral transmission scraper suction machine
Brief introduction
TZG peripheral transmission scraper suction machine is generally used in radial flow sedimentation tanks for sewage treatment projects, and is particularly widely used in secondary sedimentation tanks for scraping and discharging sludge at the bottom of the tank. The pool shape generally adopts a central inlet and peripheral outlet. Pump suction and discharge of mud. The bottom of the pool can adopt a flat bottomed structure. The debris such as floating slag and foam on the water surface can be scraped and discharged to the outside of the pool, slag pit or slag hopper by the floating slag scraping device.
The machine is mainly composed of a main beam (truss or folding beam), overflow weir, transmission device, stabilizing cylinder, suction device, sludge discharge tank, scraper, floating slag collection and discharge facilities, and power transmission device.
